CHRISTMAS FOR SALE è il nuovo singolo di Roberto Tola, una intima ballad jazz dedicata al Natale, disponibile su tutte le piattaforme musicali dal 21 novembre 2024.

Il Natale, come tutti sappiamo, è un momento di celebrazione, un periodo di gioia condivisa, soprattutto per i bambini. Dovrebbe essere quindi la festa della felicità, della spensieratezza, dei colori brillanti, un momento in cui le famiglie si riuniscono e si scambiano sorrisi, affetto e regali. Tuttavia, esiste un’altra faccia della festività, quella di chi vive in condizioni di sofferenza, impotenza, solitudine e povertà.

È fondamentale che il Natale venga celebrato, un diritto di tutti, e in particolare dei più piccoli.

Con il suo nuovo brano, Roberto Tola vuole dedicare un pensiero a queste persone che, per vari motivi, si trovano in situazioni drammatiche. Che sia a causa di eventi climatici estremi, come accaduto recentemente in Spagna, per malattie o per la perdita di cari—che siano genitori, fratelli, amici—o per coloro che fuggono da guerre e conflitti in cerca di una vita migliore, il Natale può trasformarsi in un momento di preghiera e speranza.

Ci sono persone dall’altra parte del mondo che, trovandosi in profonda solitudine, “venderebbero” il proprio Natale per chi può invece gioirne. Per loro, la festa diventa spesso inopportuna, un peso da sopportare mentre affrontano difficoltà gravi. In questi casi, ognuno di noi può fare la differenza, contribuendo nel proprio piccolo per aiutare queste anime indifese e vulnerabili.

Gioiamo per il Natale, ma ricordiamo sempre di rivolgere il nostro cuore verso l’altra faccia del mondo.

“Christmas for Sale” è un invito a riflettere su queste realtà e a trasformare la nostra celebrazione in un gesto di solidarietà.

CHRISTMAS FOR SALE is the new single by Roberto Tola, an intimate jazz ballad dedicated to Christmas, available on all music platforms from December 2, 2024.

Christmas, as we all know, is a time of celebration, a time of shared joy, especially for children. It should therefore be the celebration of happiness, of lightheartedness, of bright colors, a time when families come together and exchange smiles, affection and gifts. However, there is another side to the holiday, that of those who live in conditions of suffering, helplessness, loneliness and poverty.

It is essential that Christmas is celebrated, a right for everyone, and especially for the little ones.

With his new song, Roberto Tola wants to dedicate a thought to these people who, for various reasons, find themselves in dramatic situations. Whether it is due to extreme weather events, as recently happened in Spain, illnesses or the loss of loved ones—be they parents, siblings, friends—or for those who flee from wars and conflicts in search of a better life, Christmas can be transformed into a time of prayer and hope.

There are people on the other side of the world who, finding themselves in profound loneliness, would “sell” their Christmas for those who can instead enjoy it. For them, the holiday often becomes inappropriate, a burden to bear while they face serious difficulties. In these cases, each of us can make a difference, contributing in our own small way to help these defenseless and vulnerable souls.

Let’s rejoice at Christmas, but let’s always remember to turn our hearts toward the other side of the world.

“Christmas for Sale” is an invitation to reflect on these realities and to transform our celebration into a gesture of solidarity.
